  • Support the HHH Team including but not limited to CEO and board of directors, with various duties such as drafting letters and documents, providing support with expenses and other duties as assigned

  • Supports the some Board Members with planning agendas, meeting logistics, distributing meeting notices and minutes

  • Assist in special projects and duties as assigned

  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution.

  • Complete copy writing for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.

  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.

Content Writer

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print

  • Organise writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines

  • Collaborate with different HHH teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Develop and review related content for various platforms (websites, email marketing, sponsorship packages, etc.)

Donor Engagement Lead

Remote in Ontario

  • Program responsibilities include planning, executing and evaluating engagement activities

  • Work alongside events and fundraising coordinator

  • Developing and implementing strategic communications and contact plans in support of best practice, moves management principles for multiple prospects and prospect groups.

  • Assist Director of Communications as needed.
